Doncaster Sport Long Traditional Full Length Dress Length Midi Wool Tweed Coat. Length is 42” In photo closeups, the darker thread may appear brown but it’s sort of a soft muted dark green. Overall, the colors in this coat have a slightly softer look than shown in photos. The “8” tag stitched into the seam appears to be a size tag. Be sure to check measurements. Vintage sizes tend to be a little different, and this may be a vintage item. Coat appears unused, and the factory basting stitch is still in place on the back hemline vent. Measurement across shoulders is hard to see but it’s about 15.75” seam to seam. There are a few (maybe 3) tiny “pinholes” in the lining, but I see no evidence of moth damage or other damage on the coat. See closeup photo with dime for reference. The photo with dime has the appearance of discolored lining, but that's just the colors of the shell of the coat showing through the lightweight lining. This is a beautiful coat for cool weather seasons. It’s especially nice for transition to early Spring when weather is still chilly, but you want a brighter Springtime look.
