Tall women's dress boots in a stretch black fabric. Has a heel plate to avoid wear from driving. There is a little scuffing on the soles but no other wear marks. (see photos) There is NO ZIPPER so note the measurements and compare them to your legs. The boots will stretch somewhat so a calf greater than 13 1/2" will fit if it's not too much more.
