All same size. One on end is leather. The other two are fabric. Key holder inside bag. Bag is pristine inside Front and back of bag are identical. Measurements are in photos. They are approximately. Length from top of handle to bottom 18.5” Side to side width 13” Bottom width 5” All taken laying flat Leather has tiny puncture holes. Bottom of bag is solid leather. Straps are solid leather. Has magnetic two side snap at center top of bag. This bag is in excellent condition. One of my favorite bag designer from Italy. This bag is hard to find. I’m not sure if it’s vintage or not.
