Don Swann (1889-1954), "Moonlight on Mount Vernon Place" Etching Signed & Framed

Vintage Don Swann signed, numbered, and framed tinted etching title "Moonlight on Mount Vernon Place". I believe this is an uncommon etching as I have not seen many of Swann's work that is color tinted. Artist, Don Swann was born in Florida in 1889 and studied art in Rome and Munich and returned to America and lived in Baltimore until he died in 1954. Much of his work was historic sites in and around Washington D.C. Measures ~17.5" by 16" professionally framed. Good vintage condition with the wood frame showing some wear.
