History:
During the years 1948-1950 Joan Miró made a series of 72 lithographs to illustrate the poem "Parler Seul" by Tristan Tzara, a Romanian and French avant-garde poet and central figure in the Dada movement. Eight years later, sets of dominoes were made based upon the images from 7 of those drawings. Although sets are not numbered, it is believed there was a limited number produced.
