Scuffs present on inner toe area of both shoes. Other markings: indent mark on the rear of left shoe. Indent/crease on toe of right shoe. Otherwise the shoes are very clean and intact. Scuffs could be covered up with some black paint but aren't that noticeable due to being on the inner sides. SIZE NOTE: these are labeled as 9M, however if you look at my last photo you'll see that these measure about a half size smaller than the new updated pair I bought. These are a bit too short for me which is why I'm saying they would fit an 8.5.
