This mini dress has a chiffon construction, is fully lined, has an all over floral print, a V-neckline, bell sleeves, tie waist, ruffled detailing, and a back zipper closure. Dress has only been worn once, but I found two small runs on the front of skirt and upper back (see pics 3 and 5).
