Reposhing this item I purchased from @jordanelaine316. Loved it, but it runs really small for a medium. The waist measures 28” so it’s more like a small. This skater skirt that has a high-rise fit, layered ruffle trim at the waist and hem, and an exposed zipper closure at the back. I’m sad because it’s so cottagecore cutte and poofy and perfect for spring! Has a built in slip and quasi petticoat layer made out of crinoline underneath which keeps it poofed out!
