New with flaws PLEASE NOTE: Both heels have some indent marks on the heel. One of the heels has some indent marks on the side. One of the heels has 3 of the charms around the ankle on backwards - this was a manufacturing flaw. These chunky platform heels have a matte satin construction, adjustable velcro strap closures, and pearl beaded straps with cross and heart charms.
