This sexy skirt has aqua sequins on sky blue chiffon with a pale aqua chiffon lining. The skirt wraps to close over the left leg using a hidden velcro strip. However, what makes this skirt truly stunning is that the velcro only runs down the top 9.5" of the skirt allowing the skirt to swirl open with every step to create a high slit up the left leg.
