These straight-legged, low-rise sailor pants are done in navy blue cotton with silver logo buttons (extra included) for the panel. They feature a silver zipper bordered by black up the back of each leg from the cuff to upper-thigh. lexlind @daedwards2018 The chart I used had 40IT as 6-8, and I went with 8 as it is in line with the 38" hips. Too bad they won't work for you - they are one of my favorites!
