Dolce & Gabbana Black Pencil Skirt with Shiny Waistband

Elegant black pencil skirt by Dolce & Gabbana. Authentic. A beautiful classic skirt. A few issues (which the price reflects)…previous owner cut the inside lining. No idea why someone would do this- but obviously can’t tell while being worn. Also some of the black from the waistband is shedding. Can’t tell from looking at the waistband but can be seen on the closeup photo next to the skirt. Snaps show some wear. 31” long with back split.
