Dolce Apparel Black Ribbons & Bow Skirt-Size Large-Whimsigoth

This is a Dolce Apparel Black Skirt with Ribbons and Bows allover that is a size Large. It is 97% Cotton and 3% Lycra. It has a 32" Waist and the Length is 25.5". It has a spot on the back that looks like something took the color out. I would just hit it with a black marker or dye. Very unique and pretty.
