Dolce & Gabbana black low rise trousers pants

Pre owned . I purchased these at the D&G store in NYC to go with the Swarovski D&G black tank that I also have listed. Approx measurements: waist across laying flat: 13.5”, inseam 30”, rise 5”, leg opening 8”. European size 38 which is equivalent to a US size 0 meant to be worn low on the waist. I provided measurements but I would say these are more along the lines of a US size 0
