Size 40, they fit like a 4-6 imo In good overall condition. I would say there is some light wear throughout but no major flaws. The ties are fully adjustable and go up both the entire front and backside of the pants. I think the previous owner cut the excess string that tied at the bottom, tying most of the leg part very tight so it doesn't hang open, see photos. Please refer to the measurements below for size.
