Dog Raincoat

Like new dog raincoat with dinosaur print. Clear brim, leash hole, and belly coverage as well. This product claims to be a large, but it's definitely a small. It's about 18" long and the band to hold the belly portion is about 15" around. I got it for my 20 lb cocker spaniel mix and it's unfortunately too small.
