I’d say good used condition. I couldn’t find any flaws. 2nd owner. I personally did not wear this one but someone else did. Recently steamed. Gorgeous ruffles. This feels like an elegant piece. It’s from old Doen and it can’t be found anywhere else. Extra rare color.
