Dockers size large pullover

Pre-owned size large Dockers shirt. Did notice a spot on the back where the fabric is a lighter color. I circled on picture. Please see photos for measurements and any flaws I might have missed. Smoke free home but I do have pets and may have pet hair. I try my best to remove it but just want to be honest. Also may be wrinkled from storage.
