NWT size 31 REGULAR (check sizing chart). Honestly, the sizes run quite big. If you're between a size, pick the smaller one. I normally wear a 10 (sometimes an 8) and I got the 31s and they were HUGE. Quality is great, big pockets. I just wish they fit.
