My menstruation pain DoTerra Blend. This 5ml blend I have made has all oils pictured. Deep Blue, Lemongrass, Lavender, Serenity, Peppermint, Turmeric and last I added fractionated coconut oil. Rub along back, for lower back pain and lower abdomen for menstrual cramps. I have combined 10 drops of each oil listed into this blend to make affordable and convenient.
