Do My Self "Romantic Surprise" Harem-style pants NWT

These fantastic NWT pants from Romantic Surprise are just the surprise you need! They have 4 inches of white elastic at the top (with the Romantic Surprise name on front), followed by 1.5" of double elastic covered in black fabric. Then they cascade into a black billowing soft cotton bottom, which extends to the bottom, where they are cinched together with more fabric covered elastic. I call them harem pants because the silhouette looks like that. There are 2 side slash pockets. Fabric is 95% cotton and 5% spandex. The waist is very small: 24 inches. The inseam is 29", measured below the white top waistband (which sits more on your midriff). The rise is 11".
