msaidacanales @gmd_1000 I have been trying to figure out how this doll works and I haven’t gotten anywhere, I found video of the shorter version of the Diva Dolls (which I also have 2) I can’t find the box but I’m sure I still have (I don’t throw anything away) there is 2 lock choices on shoes, no on button. I’ll keep trying, my daughter was too old by the time I bought this so she didn’t play with it. I shouldn’t have opened it.

gmd_1000 @msaidacanales it requires L44 batteries in back of head. Have to unscrew to replace. I believe 3 of them. Once replaced you press down in top of head🙂

msaidacanales @gmd_1000 ok I’ll go by my friends battery store that’s close to me, I’ll take her to lunch so she can check this out for. I saw the back of the head but I didn’t have a small screwdriver, I will get back to you. Thanks 😎

msaidacanales @gmd_1000 I just did it we had been missing each other, she put brand new batteries in and we couldn’t get it to work. Now on the bottom of the shoes there is 2 lock buttons we had it in the middle, but I don’t know if that is the ON button. I’m sorry for the delay.

gmd_1000 @msaidacanales no worries! I don’t believe the locks on shoes have anything to do with her working. When you opened the battery compartment was there corrosion at all?

msaidacanales @gmd_1000 ahh I don’t know she didn’t say anything 🤦🏻‍♀️ but I did see her open a new pkg of those batteries and she said single they were 6$ each.

gmd_1000 @msaidacanales Sometimes if there is even a bit of corrosion in there it can inhibit the doll to work….if I could see a pic of inside the battery compartment I could maybe tell.
