Very 90s. Wear some doc martens on something dainty up to you. The dress from collar to hem is approx 48” midi dress. Hits me mid-shin. I’m 5’5”. It’s a small but very roomy. Equates to a loose 8. You’ll be feminine and retro in this. 100% polyester. Easy care and great for packing. Navy blue with white and grey flowers and yellow trims/leaves.
