Distressed light blue pullover

Has snap at the chest, flowy at the front/sides. Listed as xs, but fits larger everywhere, arms/wrist fit the tightest on it. Would classify it as more of a small/medium except for the arms/wrist area—that’s definitely xsmall/small. Although tag says xs, listing as a small because I feel it would be too overwhelming on such a small framed person.
