Distressed Tye Dye T-Shirt NEEDS SOME LOVE!

Handmade tye dye off-shoulder distressed t-shirt Bright blue, navy blue, purple, faded black, and white I love the tye dye fabric of this shirt but have had it for a while and haven’t taken the time to do anything with it. Hoping that someone else can give this shirt some TLC and create something beautiful with it! Tag was removed when the shirt was cut. Likely small. See measurements in photos. Holes at top of back from safety pin and small hole in the back center of shirt (see photos).
