Distressed Gucci cat slides

Please look at the pictures. These are distressed and need repair which I show in all the pictures. My shoe man says the heels can be repaired by putting taps on them. The slide part needs re-stitching. These are being sold as is. Size is no longer visible lining up next to a size 10 they measure the same and measuring heel to Toe is 11.5.
