Dispenser for Packing Tape.standard width. Neoprene handle cover. EUC An Extra from my shipping station- not getting use & its a great one. I think It’s Staples brand, but I do not see a brand mark. Padded handle, comfortable. Safty cover of sharp blades. You tighten & loosen the reel on the tape roll. If the handle gets loose (shouldn’t- did once & I tightened it) you can tighten it with a set of pliers or use Other tools you prefer to use on bolt tops. No functional flaws- does show some signs of use- on the handle & tape roller parts in the front where it cuts. You can see in the photos & videos- it’s nothing that stands out- it’s just not new.
