Disneyland team pride 95 tinkerbell limited edition 2453/3000 ladies watch

This is a beautiful piece but unfortunately it is not working. It has worked previously but when the battery was changed it is no longer working. Have tried several batteries but I can not get it to work. It has never been worn, kept as a collectible, it still has plastic on face. There are minor scratches on the back from changing the battery and the strap has some creases as its been kept on sleeve in box. It is a great collectible, hope someone can get it to work. comes with box as shown but box is torn.
