This is a gently owned, Disney themed, Ursula Halloween costume. There is one small area on the side where there was a small hole… but I sewed it up(please see arrow in the last photo). The tentacles can be bent in almost any manner… there is bendable wire imbedded in each tentacle. This is only the dress. No shoes, gloves, wig or earrings are included.
