AWESOME High Quality Light Up Top!!! Composite is 94% polyester 6% spandex. Has an thicker almost “neoprene like” feel. All of these pictures are of the item for sale. In almost 100 pics that I took of this the lighted part on the front and back photographed as blue or mostly blue BUT to the naked eye the light up looks white when you turn it on. You can see in the last photo that the reflective edge of the light up areas has a blue reflective property which gives it the glow. I felt it was important to counter the light to get it to look white in some of the pictures because that is what you see. I did this to make sure it wasn’t perceived to be an inaccurate description. Comes with 2 AA battery pack that it in a pouch inside one of the two hidden zipped pockets.
