Disney Store Little Girl's Red Holiday Skirt NWT Size M 7/8

This is a Brand New Holiday/Christmas skirt from the Disney Store, featuring Minnie Mouse. The skirt is adorable with it's shiny red fabric and mesh ruffle underneath to make the skirt poof out a bit. There is a Christmas plaid bow at the waistline. For transparency, I circled a little spot in one picture that is very difficult to see. It looks like it's from being stored and seems like it should wash right out. The skirt is machine washable. How perfect is this precious skirt for a holiday concert, party, or family pictures this holiday season? Size is a little girl's Medium, or 7/8. Will consider REASONABLE offers.
