These are from Disney, super soft and buttery(thickness like lularoe- so great for Florida weather and Disney bounding) These are from the Iconic Purple Wall in Tomorrow Land. Laying flat without being stretched the measurements are Waist- 18” Hip at crotch area 24” And of course there is stretch and the print does not distort or “turn white” like some printed leggings do, these are a nice quality, and on the larger side of XL in my opinion and experience. Comes from a smoke free and pet friendly home.
