daniellemvernon @decatchcloset Hi Deanna! Thanks for your interest!.....Isn't adorable!? The Twilly comes off, it's just loosely tied on there. It's not original to the mug, I simply added it for attention. Although, this mug is new, it does not have it's tags. I apologize, for the confusion. I copied this listing from another of mine, and obviously forgot to uncheck 'NWT' - Condition is NWOT. I hope this helps and thanks again! - Danielle
