Disney Princess Belle Costume

Disney Store Princess Belle Costume with tiara and wand that plays music. See pictures and video for stains and where the top layer of tulle on the side has come out. She stepped on it while in WDW and it ripped. It could easily be sewn back on. Not sure what the stains is, never tried washing it. Smoke/pet free home.
