Garment is made of a thick (but not too thick) cotton like material. Each side of waist has pockets. Brand tag has a marker stain on it. There are several stains on front and back of garment (pictured, sorry if I missed any). There are 3 tiny holes on the inside of one of the smocked sides. good condition. Size small. Made in China.
