Disney Parks Mickey Mouse Sorcerer’s wizard hat. It used to light up & it does sometimes, but it’s very touch sensitive. There might be a wiring issue. I put in new batteries & it lit up, but when I went to take pictures it wouldn’t light up anymore. Could be a nice little project lol. It’s been in storage, so it’s a little dusty & does have some discoloration on the inside shown in the photos. This is an adult size.
