Are these the reusable fountain drink cups that are discounted refills at the park? I’m going in Nov 2025 — are these usable then?

@arssurber they are those cups but unfortunately you will not be able to use them on your trip. The cups come with a chip that is activated for two weeks from the time you stay there for the fountain drinks. You are most likely to be able to use them for the ice tea and water, as those don't have chips on them yet
