Hello, what is the condition of the front trim of the dress. In the first picture the trim looks like it shrunk?

I have taken photos after steaming. The lace trim is the same size all around but the little front part wants to curl under a bit and I don’t have a regular iron. I took pics of several areas and they are the same size when laid flat
