There’s hook and loop tape on the neck loop so it may be put on and taken off without pulling over the head. Plus the neck loop is adjustable in length. Length from waist to hem is approximately 17 In. Mouse ears are featured in the pink, red, and yellow print. Also red hair bows with white polka dots. There are a few embroidered designs but most of the print is not embroidered. Cupcakes and mini (Minnie) tarts also decorate the apron. The fabric is lightweight canvas.
