Disney Frozen Elsa Princess Dress Size 3T

Blue Disney Frozen Elsa dress. Back has tulle overlay. Elsa graphic on bodice. Tulle flutter sleeves. Thought it was like new despite being loved but found a few pulls on the front of the skirt while photographing. See photos where I point to them.
