Disney Frozen 2 The Nokk Figure Toy Water Horse Hasbro 2018 11" 010523 Sparkles

This is Nokk, the horse, from Disney's Frozen II from 2018. He's about 11 in tall and 10.5 in long in blue plastic with sparkles on his mane and tail. He is in good used condition. There are some spots on the sides of the horse that are a different shade of blue- I cannot tell if these are from the manufacturing or something that got added over time, but I suspect it is a manufacturing flaw.
