Beautiful quality costume - nothing cheap or cheesy about this. Awesome outfit for dress-up, dance recital, Halloween or Princess Disney Visit. I absolutely love this little dress - nicer than any others I have seen. app. 28" from top of sleeve strap to bottom of dress. Top is stretchy (90% Polyester, 10% Spandex). I believe this is a child's Small (size 4-6) - waist is app. 22". Stretchy top attached to 4 layer nylon net skirt with a ruffled top skirt of organdy, the festooning is chiffon accented with little ribbon rosettes and stretchy panties to hold everything in place. Clean, pet-free, smoke-free home.
