The legs move very loosely at his hips (not sure if this was manufactured intentionally). His elbows and knees are articulated. Has a small blue mark on leg (see photos).  Belle: Includes Doll/Dress. Accent around dress has come unstitched in one place in front. Sparkly dress/Painted Gloves.
