barefootmuse Aloha! We must be related in Spirit because I burn Sage + Palo Santo sticks in our home too! And my diffusers, with the SAME oils, are going pretty much 24/7 as well!!

intuitively4you @barefootmuse LOVE IT! If I go a couple days without sage or Palo, I can't bear the heavy energy in my space that lingers as days pass. And on my body all I wear is lav and patchouli. Sometimes frank. I love smelling like the woods 🙃 ALOHA!🌺

barefootmuse @intuitively4you I love Nag Champa too. I actually have a recurring shipment on Amazon of a huge box of incense called “Satya”, it’s an assortment of different ones - but Satya is the original Nag! I’ve been to India numerous times + having all of these smells makes me feel like I have a part of it in my home - plus you’re right, they all help to keep the energy fields clear + uplifted!

barefootmuse @intuitively4you I was a Personal Yoga Therapist for over 15 years, now due to my chronic illnesses, I mainly teach meditation. But my partner + I are also artists, that’s our main focus. I’m a facilitator on a meditation app called “Insight Timer”, have you ever heard of it? It’s free + it’s sooo amazing! Do you meditate?

intuitively4you @barefootmuse OMG Satya is the ONLY Nag!! Same! Oh and. Girl. Do I meditate? If I didn't I wouldn't function 😂. I do some lightwork and also am an empathetic and also a girl with energetic boundary issues 😂. So yes, cleanse. Meditate. Repeat. That is amazing you have an app?!
