Refill can be popped out of pictured casing and inserted into your Dior Rouge lipstick case. *Some lipsticks might come with some minor scuffing on lipstick bullet. It has not been used. It's just a minor flaw in the production. *This is newer tester packaging so it is a bit difficult to pull the refill out. *Labeled tester on product but is new and not used*

hennag13 HI, I wanted to know if this can be used w/o refilling in the case? I am wondering what if it doesn't fir my case that's running out.

cinnamoncakes @hennag13 Hi yes it can be used without putting into a case. It will come with a cap. If the lipstick you have is the Dior Rouge lipstick then it will fit.
