Refill can be popped out of pictured casing and inserted into your Dior Rouge lipstick case. *Some lipsticks might come with some minor scuffing on lipstick bullet. It has not been used. It's just a minor flaw in the production. *This is newer tester packaging so it is a bit difficult to pull the refill out. *Labeled tester on product but is new and not used*
