@pchlvany They will have to resolve on both ends given that the item was dropped in the mailbox. I’ll have to attempt to retrieve it from my post office in the morning. Moving forward, please read all listings CAREFULLY as the listing states SEVERAL times that this was for the strap only! $375 for an AUTHENTIC $4000 Dior bag?? I’m confused 🥴
