Dill

This dill has been cut and ground but not like a powder. About like very finely chopped. Dill has so many uses. Please check online for properties and recipes. Often Is used for duritec. Very rich in vit. C, A and magnesium. Helps with chronic inflammation and heart disease. A tea can be made by adding dill to cup and pour hot water over then let sit 10 mins. Strain and add sugar or lemon. I use this herb all the time for seasoning potatoes, potato salad, salmon, and I use for pickles. Dill is said to be one of the top 3 herbs used in cooking. It is an annual and it is so easy to grow. We use fresh and dried. Hopefully I will have the fresh for sale in the summer if anyone is interested. Wonderful herb. Check the many many recipes online.
