Yes it’s ILLEGAL to sale fakes on PoshMark and they have a strict policy to prevent sales of counterfeit products . However it’s NOT anyone’s Job to get on someone’s page to judge or make accusations, as much as it may seem fake to you . You Can’t know for sure & should leave that to PoshMarks team.
