Dictaphone Voice Processor Model 3243 DC 3V Japan W/ Case PARTS or REPAIR Nothing happens when you put batteries in it, I don't have a tape to test it, play button doesn't slide back and forth (not sure if it needs a tape for that?)  SOLD AS-IS for parts/repair.  In very good cosmetic condition with pouch.  Pouch has light wear - scrapes/scratches.
